Evil Eye is the Ghost of a black cat outlaw with a white moustache and a skeletal body who speaks with a Cajun accent, he wears a tattered green coat orange trousers a light brown hat brown gloves and an eyepatch over his right eye, he's friends with Skull Duggery and Dark Fang, he is able to shoot beams of energy from his left eye that can raise tombstones from the ground destroy wood melt hay and he can pull himself back together if he falls to pieces, he's weak against garlic.
