Rawhide Rattler is a yellow rattlesnake wearing a blue soldiers cap who never speaks he's a member of Bat Blastagun's gang and is usually wraped around Gil A. Monster like a scarf, when dealing with Marshal Moo gill used him as a makeshift lasso to bind him, it's unknown whether or not if he's an official member of bats gang or if he's ment to be gils pet.
