Small Change is Five Card Cud's henchman he is a short anthropomorphic brown furred weasel(possibly a least weasel) who wears a yellow striped jacket a bowler hat a tie and glasses, he has a speech impediment that makes him whistle whenever he says something with an "s" in it. He was deeply afraid of his boss (for good reason), His gun used dice for bullets.
